I totally *rocked* Eggs Benedict this morning!
Oh my goodness, this breakfast was so near perfect this morning! I just love it when foodie things work out well. The first “yay” moment was when I opened the oven and the English Muffins were just picture perfect and when I sliced them open, they were (for want of a better word) perfect! Then the Hollandaise sauce came out delicious too – finger licking yummy. The only problem, if you want to call it that, was the poaching of the eggs – I just cannot seem to get this right, although it came pretty close today. But never mind the slightly hard eggs, the assembled breakfast was fantabulous (evidence being the cleanly licked plates of Ricky, Miya and Leia)!
